This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the behavior expected of users of the Servan service ("the Service"). It applies together with our Terms of Service; violations of this AUP are violations of those Terms.

  • Illegal content — child sexual abuse material, terrorism, weapons/drug trafficking, fraud, or other unlawful content.
  • Infringing content — content that violates third-party copyright, trademark, patent, or trade-secret rights.
  • Defamation and harassment — content that insults, threatens, or harasses others.
  • Hate and discrimination — hate speech targeting race, religion, gender, gender identity, nationality, or disability.
  • Personal data violations — uploading another person's personal data (e.g. national ID numbers, credit cards) without authorization.
  • Malicious code — malware, ransomware, viruses, or exploit code.
  • Unauthorized access, intrusion, or privilege escalation against the Service, other users' accounts, or our infrastructure.
  • Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation.
  • Scraping, harvesting, or extracting data through methods other than documented APIs.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code beyond what applicable law permits.
  • Interfering with other users' use of the Service or causing load on our infrastructure.
  • Developing a competing product or training competing AI models using Servan content.
  • Sharing, selling, or transferring accounts, API keys, or credentials without our prior consent.
  • Do not attempt to circumvent, jailbreak, or bypass the usage policies of AI providers (Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude).
  • Do not send abnormal volumes of AI requests beyond your plan.
  • Do not use AI to mass-generate or distribute spam.
  • Do not present AI output as your own to commit academic dishonesty or to evade evaluation.
  • Do not attempt to extract system prompts or leak model internals.
  • Do not harass or threaten other members of your team workspace.
  • Do not exfiltrate shared materials outside your team without authorization.
  • Report inappropriate content found in a team workspace to support@tyrannoapartment.com.

Depending on severity, we may take the following actions:

  • Warning or content removal.
  • Feature restriction (e.g. temporary AI suspension).
  • Temporary account suspension.
  • Permanent termination and refusal of refund.
  • Cooperation with law enforcement where applicable.

For severe violations (illegal content, security breaches), we may suspend the account immediately without prior notice.

Report violations to support@tyrannoapartment.com. To appeal an enforcement action, email the same address; we respond within 10 business days.

We may revise this policy; material changes are announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
